Project partnerships

Create carbon-credit revenue from your biomass operation.

CarbonPod builds the carbon project while you keep running the plant. You run the physical operation; we lead the specialist carbon work, with responsibilities and economics agreed after feasibility.

01 / Our role

Carbon credits are built around real operations.

A good raw material or low-carbon product is only the starting point. The project also needs a clear climate case, reliable operating records, independent review, fair contracts, and a credible route to buyers.

02 / The first 30 days

Start with the decision, not the paperwork.

The first phase establishes whether a credible project and workable partnership are possible before either side commits major resources.

01

Screen the opportunity

Review the operation, feedstock, technology, customers, records, and likely project pathway.

02

Map evidence and gaps

Identify what already exists, what needs to be measured, and where eligibility could fail.

03

Test the economics

Set realistic assumptions for cost, timing, volume, risk, and the role of carbon revenue.

04

Make a clear decision

Move forward, redesign, or stop, with the reasoning and next commitment visible to both teams.

03 / Responsibilities

Clear ownership from the start.

A carbon project works when operating knowledge and carbon-market responsibility stay connected without becoming confused.

Your team

Runs the plant, maintains permits and quality, supplies accurate records, and makes operating decisions.

CarbonPod

Leads feasibility, project design, evidence systems, specialist coordination, registry work, and buyer preparation.

Independent parties

Assess eligibility and results, make assurance decisions, and issue credits through the applicable program and registry.

04 / How we can work together

We decide the commercial model after the project check.

Depending on the stage of the operation, funding needs, and who carries which risk, the partnership may combine development fees, payments at agreed milestones, or a share of future carbon revenue.

  • Clear costs, responsibilities, and decision points
  • No guaranteed credits, timing, buyer, or price
  • Transparent ownership of future carbon credits

Carbon credits are issued only after applicable program, methodology, validation, verification, and registry requirements are satisfied. Project eligibility and commercial outcomes are never guaranteed.

Project assessment

Could your operation become a credible carbon project?

Tell us what you produce, what raw material you use, where you operate, and what data you already have. We will identify the right first step.
