Privacy Policy

Effective 5 August 2026. This launch policy describes the website implementation and must be reviewed by CarbonPod counsel before public production use.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, selected phone country, company, stated need, profile, decision timeline, consent, and any optional context you submit.

How we use it

We use the information to review and respond to your request, contact you by email, phone, or WhatsApp, prepare a relevant conversation, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate website conversion.

Storage and processors

The enquiry form sends the request by email through Resend. When configured for the deployment, CarbonPod also stores the lead record in Supabase so the team can follow up and manage its status. Plausible may process privacy-friendly aggregate analytics. Cloudflare provides hosting and abuse protection.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Authorized CarbonPod personnel and contracted processors may access it only for the purposes described above. Email and lead-record retention follows CarbonPod's internal policy.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting privacy@carbonpod.earth. Regulatory rights vary by jurisdiction.

Changes

We will update the effective date when this policy changes materially.
